Yarra Trams Employee Roadshow program
Since the announcement by the Victorian Government confirming KDR (Keolis-Downer EDI Rail) as the successful tenderer for the Melbourne tram franchise, KDR busily prepared for the change-over of operators on 30 November, with the entire KDR executive are meeting directly with Yarra Trams, Siemens and United employees n preparation for change-over and our commencement as operator of Melbourne's tram network on Day 1. During the transition procvess we visited all depots, Head Office, control centres and workshops through our Employee Roadshow program, spending nearly sixty hours over four weeks on site directly engaging with over a quarter of the 2,000 employees in the organisation. |
